Conditions of Use

1. General Points

These general conditions of sale apply to all purchases of products made via the Internet site of Le Joyau Vert, www.joyau-vert.ch.

These conditions of use govern contractual relations between Le Joyau Vert and the customer; the two parties accept them unreservedly.


2. Privacy Notice

The Joyau Vert is committed to adhering to data protection legislation.

When signing up for this site, you receive a guarantee that the information you send us will be treated as confidential. 

This information will on no account be passed on to third parties. 

We may, however, use it to send our newsletter, promotional offers or marketing material for our products. 

The customer may modify his or her personal data at any moment or indeed request that they be deleted.


3. Acceptance of Conditions

The customer signals that s/he has read and accepted the conditions when s/he submits her/his order by pressing the "order" button.

By confirming her/his order, the customer makes a binding order which may not be cancelled.


4. Price

All prices shown in our shop are in Swiss francs (CHF). They do not include postage and packaging but do include VAT.


5. Shipping

Every order confirmed through Le Joyau Vert is delivered to the address given in the order.

The prices shown in our shop do not include delivery charges.

Deliveries are made by Swiss Post within 2 to 8 days.

Deliveries for Switzerland (economy rate + Signature)

There is a postage fee of CHF 10.50 for each order under CHF 300.—. 

No postage fee is charged for orders above CHF 300.—.

Deliveries for Europe (registered international mail + real-time mail tracking with Track & Trace)

We ask for an equivalent fixed price of shipping of CHF 15.—  up to 250 g, CHF 20.— up to 500 g, 26.— up to 1000 g and CHF 31.— up to 1500 g.

Deliveries for the rest of the world (registered international mail + real-time mail tracking with Track & Trace):

We ask for an equivalent fixed price of shipping of CHF 18.— up to 250 g, CHF 23.— up to 500 g, CHF 33.— up to 1000 g and CHF 38.— up to 1500 g.

Products delivered outside Switzerland may be subject to taxes, fees, duties, levies or other charges due to local legislation or customs formalities. In this case, the order recipient is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the products and will have to pay all additional costs for the international delivery, including import duties, official customs duties, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside Switzerland.


6. Payment Methods

Three methods of payment may be used on our site :

• Credit Cards (Concardis)

Your order may be paid for by MasterCard or VISA, using the Concardis system. All transactions made in this way are secure.

• Twint (Switzerland)

• Payment in Advance

If you do not have a card, you may pay the total cost of your order in advance into our postal account (CCP) 17-589374-7 Le Joyau Vert, P.-A. Douady, 1110 Morges

(IBAN CH48 0900 0000 1758 9374 7 BIC POFICHBEXXX).

The goods will be sent to you as soon as the total has been paid into our account and has cleared.


7. Returns

You are responsible for notifying the Post immediately of any damage incurred in transit.

Return is only possible if you have been sent the wrong delivery or a flawed product. In such a case, the product must be returned to us in good condition and in its original packaging.



8. Place of jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions of sale as well as the contracts concluded in application are governed by Swiss law, in particular the rules of the Swiss Code of Obligations. The competent jurisdiction in the event of a dispute is Morges.
